All services are delivered based on availability, project feasibility, and mutual agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and property-related information.
- Ensure all legal documents related to property are genuine and valid.
- Make timely payments as per agreed terms.
- Comply with applicable local laws and property regulations.
4. Service Agreements
- All projects—buying, selling, construction, or interior design—will be executed only after a signed agreement between SK Homes Group and the client.
- The scope of work, timeline, pricing, and responsibilities will be clearly defined in the respective project agreement.
- Any changes to the project or requirements must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges.
5. Payments & Fees
- Payments must be made as per the mutually agreed schedule.
- Delayed or missed payments may result in project delays or service suspension.
- Consultation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Property Verification & Legal Compliance
- SK Homes Group assists in property searches and deals but encourages clients to conduct independent verification for legal, financial, or government approvals.
- Final responsibility for property documentation and legal compliance rests with the client.
7. Construction & Interior Work
- Work commencement depends on finalized designs, material selection, and initial payment.
- Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, material availability, government approvals, or unforeseen conditions.
- Any additional customization requested during execution will be billed separately.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation of services must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds vary depending on project stage:
- Real estate deals: Service charges or brokerage fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Construction/interior projects: Amount covering completed work, materials, and labor will be deducted before any eligible refund.
- SK Homes Group reserves the right to cancel service agreements in case of fraud, misuse, or non-compliance.
9. Limitation of Liability
SK Homes Group is not liable for:
- Losses due to incorrect information provided by the client.
- Delays caused by third parties, government processes, legal disputes, or natural events.
- Disputes arising between buyers and sellers; SK Homes facilitates deals but is not responsible for personal disagreements.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Client data, documents, and communication are kept confidential.
- SK Homes Group may use client information for verification, communication, or legal purposes only.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials shared by SK Homes Group remain the property of the company unless explicitly transferred through agreement.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services or agreements shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
13. Acceptance of Terms
